Mr. McCourry is a Building Envelope Consultant and joined Armko Industries in 2009. Bill provides consulting services to multiple School District clients and Cities in Oklahoma.

Bill specializes in working with school districts as well as architectural firms providing roof evaluations, reports, roof plans, details and specifications for the building envelope.

Bill is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), and the Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI). He has a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern State University.
